Refund & Return Policy


1. Return Window

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must meet the conditions listed below to be approved.


2. Eligibility

  • Hair-care products (oils, butters, etc.) must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Headwraps, scarves, and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition (no scents, makeup, or pet hair).
  • Final-sale, clearance, or promotional items (including orders using discount codes over 40%) are non-refundable.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email miyahjohnson1346@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll either ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) at no additional cost.


4. Return Shipping

  • For returns not caused by an error on our part (such as a change of mind , wrong size or price comparison) customers are responsible for return shipping.
    • We can email you a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.
    • Or, you may return the item using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds will only be issued after the return has been received and inspected.


5. Exchanges

Need a different color or item? Start a return as outlined above, and place a new order once your refund is approved. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.


6. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the same currency.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Banks typically post the credit within 5–10 business days after the refund is processed.
  • Please note that original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If it has been more than 10 business days since you received a refund confirmation:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again
  • Contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary
  • Still no refund? Email us at miyahjohnson1246@gmail.com, and we’ll help escalate the issue through Shopify Payments


8. Store Credit

Prefer store credit instead of a refund? We can issue a digital gift card upon approval of your return. Gift cards never expire and can be used on any future restock or collection launch.


9. International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. All international sales are final. Please double-check all product descriptions, sizing, and shipping details before purchasing.
